The construction of the school was started by the state in Karatas in 1995 and was completed in 2000, and the royalty was acquired by the SANKO group of companies and the name was changed to Emine Konukoglu High School. In the academic year of 2001-2002, Anatolian Trade Vocational High School temporarily used the building.
The school started education and training in the academic year of 2003-2004. It served for high-school in the morning shift and Karatas Primary School, which temporarily used the school building, in the midday shift. In the academic year of 2004-2005, single-shift schooling was started, and double shift schooling was started in the academic year of 2005-2006.
